Job description

Working at Hanoi Office (at 9th Floor, Ladeco Building, 266 Doi Can Str, Ba Dinh Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam);

Arranging suitable services (transportation, boat, restaurant, entrance fees etc…) for tours in Vietnam according and within sales program and budget;

Consulting and supporting sales team for logistic, suitable services for each market;

Uploading the confirmed services into internal system (to be trained) and confirming to sales with deadline manner;

Rechecking and reconfirming services before tours begin;

Following up, taking care of clients if needed during tours;

Reporting to sales or higher management situation of each tour;

Working 5.5 days a week (off on Saturday afternoon and Sunday).

Job requirement

University/college graduates (Major in tourism is an advance);

Excellent English speaking (second language such as Chinese/Spanish is an advance)

Careful and attentive;

Deadline manner;

Time management skill;

Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…);

Solution solver.
