Job description

Seeking potential customers and market development opportunities (candidates with available customer source are at priority);

Dealing with customers, answering questions by email, chat or phone;

Building the tour programs based on customers’ inquiries;

Building programs and quotation;

Coordinating with the Operation Department and Accounting Department to monitor and ensure the tour is going smoothly;

Frequent updating the customer database;

Planning business and marketing;

Performing other tasks assigned by the leaders…

Job requirement

At least 2 year experience in Inbound for Vietnamese and Outbound Tours;

Having good knowledge about the products and tour programs, hotels, destinations, travel experience;

High sense of responsibility, trustworthy

Ability to work independently and in teams

Being proactive, in good sense of cooperation;

Having organizational skills and problem solving;

Enthusiastic, active and eager to learn;

Proficiency in English & Microsoft Office Applications.
